Job Description: The Annual Fund Officer will be responsible for increasing new donors by executing a series of strategies involving direct mail, fundraising and bringing excitement and direction to established annual giving societies of the network. Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree, a minimum of five (5) years of development experience in a non-profit environment and one (1) year of experience working in annual fund is required. Must have: superb writing and communication skills; the ability to work independently and as a team member; ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality; an understanding of healthcare; database experience with segmentation, creating mail merge and working with mail house; extensive experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products including excel, word, and power point and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
