Lehigh Valley Health Network Member Service Asst in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Job Summary: Responsible for front desk check-in of fitness members and guests and communicating about services and programs provided in the Fitness Center. Conduct membership enrollment and retail sales transactions of services and products offered in the Fitness Center. Assist in all operations and maintenance functions of the Fitness Center. Must be flexible to meet priorities and handle multiple tasks. Must display and attitude of enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle in all interactions within the Fitness Center, LVHN and the Community.

Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate, Proficiency in computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications: High School Graduate or Higher

At least 1 year in a health related or fitness setting.

Proficiency in computer skills, phone skills, customer service experience.

Licensure and Certifications: Current Basic Life Support Certification: Professional CPR/AED is required or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment
