Job Description: Completes psycho-social assessments/evaluations, actively develops and implements treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions within the Department of Psychiatry. Documents services in adherence with program, departmental, regulatory, third-party payor, and network compliance standards. Facilitates referrals both within the LVHN continuum and throughout the community in order to address patients' on-going mental health needs. This position will have a direct reporting line to the Program Director, Psychiatry. Minimum Requirements: Graduate degree in a clinical discipline including but not limited to Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing. Current PA license in relevant field required.
