Clear Channel Outdoor
Acts as first point of contact for the company, and handles front office reception and administrative duties.
Greets, directs and announces visitors to the company.
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers questions about the company and provides callers with address, directions and other information.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.) and other mail / deliveries.
Provide support to visitors as first point of contact.
Monitors visitor access and issues visitor fobs when required via company system or process.
Receives, sorts and routes mail.
Accepts products and services provided to the company (Staples, food deliveries, etc.).
Maintains Reception area; ensures it is clean and organized.
Enters requests for building issues via company system or processes.
Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Maintains all office equipment is in working order, organizes needed services and supplies when needed.
Orders office supplies for Allentown offices as well as external airport offices.
Help maintain company culture with planning and help in execution of company events and weekly sales challenges.
Handle requests for meeting coordination including visitor fobs, lunch and beverages as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on the customer; professional in a fast-paced environment.
Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented.
Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).
Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
